ios17に早速アップデートしたところ、airprintでプリンターが見つからなくなった。。他の古いiPhoneでは問題ないためios17の問題のようです。airprint多用する人はしばらく待ちが良いかと。

AirPrint was working on ios16 using a Canon printer connected to my home WiFi. I recently updated to ios17 and the printer shows up as an available printer but shortly disappears after selecting it. I am able to print on iPad os 16 and my MacBook Air on Ventura using AirPrint. I’ve reset network setting on both router iPhone and printer and I am still encountering same behavior. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix it or if it is a known bug in ios17? I’ve also restarted my phone and tested it on my partners iPhone which shows same behavior on ios17.

Same problem with my 2 iPhones and 2 iPads. Updated the firmware on my canon d570 and problem was solved. What. A pain and lot of time to figure out when the big companies don’t do their job correctly.
Issue was fixed after updating firmware on Canon printer under Menu -> System Management -> Update Firmware
ノートンセキュアVPNなどの解除で改善した事例
AppleSupportCommunityでは、ノートンセキュアVPNを導入しているユーザーから、「ノートンVPNを一時的にオフにすることで問題が解決する」「ノートンVPNを削除したところ印刷できるようになった」といった投稿があります。
もしプリンターのファームウェアをアップデートしても問題が改善せず、且つノートンセキュアVPNを使用している場合は、一時的にノートンセキュアVPNをオフにすることで印刷できないか試してみると良さそうです。
ただし、VPNをオフあるいは削除している間は、ノートンセキュアVPNによる保護機能が動作しないため、その点のリスクを理解した上で試すようにしてください。
It appears that anyone using Norton VPN is having this problem and turning off vpn temporarily solves the issue
This Norton info is appreciated. In my case, I found that my Norton Personal VPN was the culprit.
Hi had the IOS 17 air print not working problem, after speaking to Apple support it transpires it was Nortons VPN stopping it working. After removing the VPN bit of Nortons's all is Now working and I am able to print OK.
The Apple advisor is of the opinion that Nortons hs not yet been updated to deal with IOS 17.
As I say All now bck to normal, maybe this will help someone else!
iOS17以外の端末でもAirPrintが使用できない
iOS17.XやiOS16.Xがインストールされた複数台のiPhone、同じネットワークに接続しているPCなどでもAirPrintが使えない場合は、プリンターやネットワーク機器の再起動、設定に問題が無いか確認するようにしてください。
製造元のOS別対応状況の確認など
プリンターの製造元によっては、iOS17の動作状況について回答できる可能性があります。まずは製造元の公式ウェブサイトでOS別の対応状況が更新されていないか確認し、必要に応じてサポートページなどから問い合わせるようにしてください。
具体的な解決方法が提示されない場合は、今後のiOSアップデートもしくはプリンターのファームウェアアップデートによって問題が解消されるのを待つ必要があります。
