【iPhone】iOS 9.2.0/9.2.1でiCloudバックアップが出来なくなる不具合が報告される

iOS 9.2.0/9.2.1で、iCloudバックアップが出来なくなる問題がAppleフォーラムやTwitterで報告されています。
この問題が起きてしまうと、iCloudバックアップを行おうとしても「iCloudバックアップできませんでした。iCloudバックアップ中に問題が起きました。」といった文言が表示され、バックアップが出来なくなるようです。

現時点ではアップデートを待つしか無い？

Appleフォーラムでは、数多くの情報が投稿されていますが、現時点では確実に問題を改善出来る方法は見つかっていないようで、対処法として考えられる以下の操作をしても問題が改善しなかったと報告が挙がっています。（iOS 9.2）

ソフトリセット（再起動）
ハードリセット（強制再起動）
iCloudバックアップの削除
iCloudバックアップのトグルをオンオフ
iCloudバックアップのバックアップオプションを全てオフ
異なるWi-Fiネットワーク環境で実行
iCloudバックアップ中にロックが掛からないようにする（自動ロックオフ）

Hi, I spoke to a senior adviser called Amanda. We tried the following:
1. Soft reset
2. Hard reset
3. Delete existing icloud backup
4. Turn off and on icloud backup
5. Turn off all App data for iCloud backup
6. Tried a different wireless network
7 Keeping the Backup session constantly open (i.e not letting the phone go to lock – getting desperate now I know)

All the above failed on iOS 9.2 with a fibre connection with 20Mb upload speed

これらの対処方法を検証したユーザーは、工場出荷状態への初期化とデータの復元は“リスクがある”として、行っていないようです。

Appleは既に問題を認識？次回アップデートで対応か

今回の件について、Appleのサポートセンターに問い合わせたユーザーによると、Appleは既に同問題を認識しており、ソフトウェアの更新（iOSアップデート）を待つよう案内されたようです。
その後iOS 9.2.1がリリースされていますが、現時点でも同様の問題が報告されていることから、根本的な改善はiOS 9.2.2以降となりそうです。

追記
iOS 9.3パブリックベータ版でも、同様の問題が起きるとの情報を確認しました。

Hi everyone, I contacted Apple last night and they are aware of this issue. The technical team are on it and so its is very likely it will be rectified in a software update. Back up to Itunes for now to be on the safe side and keep an eye out for software updates.

I Am having this problem too. After several phones and work arounds, i was finally told it would be fixed on their next software update.

国内でも似た問題の報告が散見

国内では、主にTwitterで今回の症状と似た問題が数多く報告されています。
現状確実な対処方法は見つかっていない為、PCをお持ちなのであればiTunesバックアップで代用し、PCを持っていないのであればトラブルになるような操作（パスコードの変更、iPhone初期化など）は控えたほうが良さそうです。
